I have lodged a complaint on 24th feb regarding my recently bought Canvas 5 (E481) cell, it is not getting on & not able to recharge it successfully, tried resolving the matter through call & i have had my share of bad experiences nobody called me back within the stipulated deadline of 24 hours, again called yesterday & came to know that my complaint wasnt lodged in the first place again when i called to know the status apparently i am told its 24 'WORKING HOURS', how long does it takes to follow the process and resolve the issue, First time ever I have bought Micromax cell and i am highly disappointed with the after sales service, I want my cell to be replaced ASAP as i am not having any other alternate mobile, if the issue is not resolved i guess i got to approach consumer but prior to that will need to aware people on online forums & social media sites to think twice.
