I Tushar Kondawar, Nagpur having Micromax Canvas Plus 2 / Model A110Q, Which was purchased on 01.02.2014 vis Online. It was in good condition. On 28th July 2016, Battery of the phone which was not taking boost. If I put another battery mobile was working properly. Solution to this which I found after worst experience with AL RAZA Micromax service centre 1st floor, Block no 8, Janki market complex, Behind Janki Cinema, Sitaburdi, Nagpur Maharashtra. They kept my mobile for testing reason and issue one slip. On 30th July 2016 they informed on phone call that Charging IC and CPC was to be replaced which costs Rs 1150. When I was there to collect my mobile phone I paid Rs 1100 in cash and ask for bill/ receipt, they have shown all slips which they have collected on delivery and told that we never give any bill/receipt for repairing.
After payment the problem of the battery was same. I told that because of battery mobile phone was not started, they insisted the solution after taking Rs 1100 that you should keep your mobile on charging for next 2 hours, the battery will boost and mobile will work properly. When I tried to contact them, they have blocked my mobile no. It is a complete fraud service. They have broken the mobile phone seal also.
If this kind of services is there with literate people, we can imagine the condition with my brothers and sisters of my beloved country “India”
