Facts of the issue seriatim :
1. Purchased a canvas knight smartphone in nov 2014 for rs.13, 500/- on amazon portal. Scanned copy of bill : 'purchase bill_nov2014'.
2. Smartphone develops serious defects (Charging issues from dec.2015 onwards) therefore submitted the phone at their authorized center 'm/s apex enterprises' kolkata - 20. Scanned copy of jobsheet : 'jobsheet_feb2016'.
3. M/s apex enterprises fails to repair handset and returns set with a bill attached for service charges. Scanned copy of bill : 'servicechgs._mar2016'.
4. Later serious issues develop and i can't even boot my phone. The charging problem is present plus in addition a software issue. Then i discovered after removing the sticker on the back cover of my handset that the backcover was cracked.In fact what happened was, the service center damaged the set more instead of repairing it. Scanned copies attached :
'crackedbackcoverwithsticker', 'crackedbackcover_1', 'crackedbackcover_2'.
Therefore i would like micromax to issue me a new handset with similar specifications at the earliest, since their authorized service center could not repair the set in over a months time and in the process of handling the set, completely damaged it rendering it unusable.
