[Resolved]  Micromax Informatics — Defective handset, beyond repair?

I had submitted my handset on 8th aug. 16 at your service centre for the following three reasons 1. Hanging problem 2. Touch not working 3. Charging problem. It was delivered back to me on 31.8.16 but the touch problem existed. Since the service centre was calling it a day, i was requested to come next day for examination and removal of defect. On 1.9.16, the handset after due examination was taken back for repairs vide job sheet no. W[protected]. I called on 6.9.16 but your call centres are of no use since they neither satisfy the customers nor allow the customers to speak to senior executives. If such is the quality of the product sold to me i request to kindly replace the handset or refund the value for which it was purchase. Because it is apprehended that the handset in question will not satisfactorily work and after expiry of warranty either i will have to pay heavily on repairs or purchase a new one.

I have already submitted my concern with regard to defective/poor quality of handsets, delay in delivering better service, irresponsible and rude behaviour of call centre and service centres. Lines are not connected to senior officers by operators at cnetre. Who is to be blamed? The customer who made a blunder by purchasing your product. Are senior officers who have been assigned the task to listen to customers and take remedial measures, enjoying on company's cost. Should they not be sacked for this lapse? Please do something early before it is too late. The company is bound to lose its market besides legal battle where it has to lose heavily.

VERY STRANGE AND PAINFUL. DESPITE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS NOBODY BOTHERED TO ANSWER AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE. CALL CENTRE ASSURED A CALL BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM SENIOR EXECUTIVES BUT IT IS SEVERAL DAYS NOW WAITING FOR CALL BACK. I FEEL ASHAMED COMPLAINING TIME AND AGAIN BUT AT MICROMAX, PERHAPS HAVE DESPOTIC ATTITUDE.
