[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Delay in repair of my device | |||
I have given my mobile for repair on 01/08/2016 whose imei no is [protected] & [protected] which had a problem in its touchscreen and touchscreen was not working. It has been 16 days now and still i dont know any thing on repair status or when i will get my mobile phone back. It has only been 3 months and i had to submit my mobile for this long for which i am facing problem in my daily chores. Additionally, i got a sms from bh-microm on[protected] that the battery which was ordered for my mobile will be available on 11th september. now if my touchscreen was at fault so how do am i getting message for battery repair. What a botched service centre micromax has. Kindly escalate this matter and look into this matter and get my mobile repaired as soon as possible otherwise i am ready to take legal actions for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||

I brought a micromax Q346 since one month, But my battery backup is not good, the backup is stand only for 3-4 hours not more then that.
