Micromax Informatics — Delaying in replacing the led tv | |
As we had a problem in our micromax led tv we had registered a complain about it and a person from micromax service centre has came and charged rs. 830 from me as a service charge . Since we had an extended warranty on our tv, he told that there is a replacement of another led tv. We had legally submitted all warranty documents. They told with in 3 weeks tv will be replaced but it has becomevmore than 1 months still our led tv is not replaced and whenever I call the customer care they say it is pending for approval.
