Sir, i am owning and using valuable micromax mobile a 290 since since march 2015. During july 2016 there was a problem of discharging of its battery while put on for charging. I approach authorize service center "cosmic enterprises shop no. 7, corporation market, beside shanker shoes, opp. Sales tax office, ghantaghar, jabalpur - 48200, on 15.07.2016 they said its charging cable is defective, required to be replaced, accordingly i purchased new cable from them vide bill invoice no. 7322.
Again after some time same problem of discharging of mobile a 290 while put on for charging was faced by me, and i approach on above mentioned authorized service center, this time they said charging f pcb is defective, set required to be submit for a week of so for replacement of f pcb, i kept the set with them and then on 14.09.2016 they have given me the set working with bill invoice no. 6982.
Now after one year again the same problem of discharging is faced and i approach to the above mentioned service center on 22.09.2017 they said first that f pcb is defective set to be submit. I informed to man on counter that one year back only it was replaced. However since it is defective again ok replace. The job card no. 3585 was prepared and set was kept in the center. After one hour i got the information that its battery is not taking"ampere" battery to be replaced. I asked him how about f pcb? It was replied f pcb is ok. I told him all right replace the battery they said it will take one or two days cost is rs 950/-. Accordingly they replaced battery vide bill no. 2663 on 25.09.2017.
Sir, my set is still discharging with new battery while put on for charging.
Kindly solve my problem, what i should do. I have purchased this moblile a 290 product no. [protected] and s_imei no. [protected] on line from flip cart.
