Dear team,
I had visited micromax service centre to resolve my issue but i had faced harassment and i was insulted by the executive who was serving customer. I had requested to change the display of my mobile phone but the executive started talking rudely and misbehaved with me. When i started arguing with him he started abusing me and said yaha par aisa hi hota hai, jo karna hai karle. I said i will put a official complaint about you and i ask his name but he didn’t tell his name. Later i got his name from his colleague. For your reference please find the details below:-

Bill no:-10412[cash receipt]
Please note:- when i ask to give the helpline number to raise a complaint about him so he gave me this number:-[protected]. And he said yaha par phone karke jo ookhaad na hai ookhaad le.
Hence i request you to kindly take necessary action on top priority so in future no one should get harassed by such executive who is sitting on the desk to serve customers.
