Micromax Informatics — for replacement or repair led tv

I bought a 50' led tv on 5th august 2016 model number was 50c5220mhd and registered for extended warranty and tv get installed from micromax.
In may or june 2018 there was line in mid of screen company replaced the tv with a new one the model number is 50c7550fhd
The tv has shown lining problem at bottom of the screen 26 july 2019 i reported it to micromax on 27 july 2019 with the reference number har [protected] sachin kumar assigned for checking who visited on 28 july 2019 and taken the photographs of tv and bill. I called him again on 31/07/2019and 02/08/2019 to know the status, he told me that tv will be replaced but request has been cancelled on 06/08/2019 reason was told (Bill not available). I called again to customer care same day they log another complaint with reference number har[protected]
Now customer care person telling the reason to cancel the request har [protected] that i not picked the phone although i have all the call recordings call history and sms
I am attaching call recording and sms screenshots

This is my last notice after that i will complaint in consumer court
