[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Get back after 3 month from service centre and change haddi without my permission.

I have purchased a new phone (Micromax model no. [protected]. Imei/esn-[protected]/[protected]) on 10.04.2016 from m/s titli telecom and the same is not working properly. After checking by your repairing center named solution point, bally, howrah they have told me to take at least 15 days to repair the same. I am totally helpless without my mobile. But 15 day going 3 month, and whenever i ask you delhi service centre about my phone they told me within in 21 days i get my phone. After 3 month 29.08.16 i get my phone. But that time i realize that your service centre change my phone haddi. If there a software problem then how could they change my phone haddi. Please take necessary action for this problem
