[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Giving poor product and complaint not rectified. | |||||
I am kuldeep yadav, i am serving in indian navy. I was using micromax mobile since 2008. But this time such poor product and poor response from your company totally disappointed me I gave my mobile first time to your service center on 15 jun 16 for defect rectification they called me at service center five times. After more than one month they returned and said problem has been rectified. After one day i got same problem again they take my mobile. After 20 days they returned after 10 days again i got same problem then again they take mobile and assured me that they will replace my mobile but 02 moth has been completed no response found then i called them they told your phone has been repaired but when i checked it the problem was shame. I AM SK .Mehmood my complaint rectified and solved, staff behaviour is good service fast, but you have to wait quite a lot for your number to come, micromax complaints forum should improve it. from bhubaneswar and my service center is m/s JAI JAGANNATH MOBI CARE, PLOT NO 100, SAHEEDNAGAR- BHUBANESWAR, TIN-[protected] PIN -751007.THANKS TO SERVICE TEAM.
