Micromax Informatics — Handset submitted for 40 days:poor service quality and lack of professionalism | |||||
Dear Team, This is to bring into your notice that the service quality and standards of brand have detoriated and lack of professionalism can be felt clearly from Micromax service centre very easily. I am a user of Micromax mobile phones from last 4 years and have used four of different handsets. I am using A102 canvas doodle 3 right now. I was facing display blank issue and so visited service centre in my area on 23 Dec 2015 where my set was submitted to repair. I was told in the evening that my set will go to Delhi and no replacement set was offered or provided. From then I am continuously chasing service centre and I haven’t got my set back till now. I called up their tollfree number on 16 Dec and was told that I shall get a replacement set in 10 days but no response. I again called up on 28th evening and was told that 15 more days will be needed. I expressed my anger and was told that someone will call me in some time but after FIVE more days no one has called me till yet. I have emailed also but no response from their side.This Is unacceptable from a leading brand like Micromax and so is Really very upset on this. I thought of putting this for record after which I shall be left with no other option other than registering a complaint formally in Consumer forum .
