I have purchased micromax juice2 aq5001. phone on 25/9/16 from Bapi Telecom in chandannagar, Hooghly, West Bengal.
in feb. 2016 I found the ph.is malfunctioning so I visited the service center named Solution Point Bally Hooghly.they just loaded the soft ware and returned.
again after 15 days I found the problem is still there.
Again I visited the same Service Center AND AGAIN THE SOFT WARE WAS LOADED and returned.
But soon after I discovered PROBLEM remains same.
so this time I took the phone to another service center ON11/5/16.called MICROMAX CARE 630 G.T ROAD KHADINAMORE CHINSURAH HOOGHLY. ph[protected]
The representative his name may be as he was called ASHISH told me there is PROBLEM with the TOUCH and the MOTHER BOARD HAS TO BE CHANGED, IT HAS TO BE SEND TO THE HEAD OFFICE .JOB NO.[protected].
After 15 days they told me the PHONE IS LYING WITH THEM THEY WILL REPAIR THEMSELVES AND RETURN AFTER 7 DAYS.
After 7days the REP. TOLD ME THEY FAILED TO REPAIR IT IF I WANT I CAN TAKE BACK THE PHONE .

I agreed BUT HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE RECEIVE COPY WHICH IS THE PROOF THAT I PRESENTED THE PHONE.
Finding no other way i left the phone with them and came back 4/6/16.
I called the Micromax customer care when they asked me the job no. I told them but he told me the job no given to me is wrong so i have to depend on the service center.
Situation now force me to think that the policy of this company what ever damaged gadgets are sold within warrenty period if it comes to any SERVICE CENTER TILL THE WARRENTY PERIOD ANY HOW THEY WILL MANAGE LIKE LOADING SOFT WARE AND WASTE TIME AND AS SOON AS 1 YEAR IS PASSED THE GADGET WILL BE READY BUT AFTER CHARGING A HEAVY AMOUNT is it not?
if not why the solution point the serv. center i met twice only loaded the soft ware ?
Why the Micromax Care lied me saying the set {new} has to be send to the H.O though the phone was lying with them?
The phone was given on 11/5/2016 near about 1 month the phone is not returned though i visited yesterday i found the ph.lying on the table.
Again as they told me the problem was with touch and replacement of MOTHER BOARD and it has to be send to H.O. nothing was done SO HOW IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE READY THE SET WITHIN 3/4 DAYS ? AS THEY TOLD ME.
Now i believe they will again load the soft ware and return me pretending the ph.is repaired. I have to believe them but what then when again the phone start mal functioning again how many times i have to visit the serv. center? or till 1year from the date of purchase i will have to knock them and FINALLY after 1YEAR I WILL BE CHARGED A HEAVY AMOUNT & THE PH. WILL BE OK. is it not?
Why the MICROMAX Co don't change the ph when it is found damaged ?
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET REPLACEMENT?
PLEASE HELP ME BY GIVING A REPLY.
