Micromax Informatics — I am complaining about micromax GC 313 mobile phone

Recently I have purchased Micromax gc313. Unfortunately I am not able to receive any service or bank related sms in the phone( gc 313 micromax). While in other phone the sms are received. Kindly help us to resolve the problem.
I am unable to attach any image of the phone as any sms from bank or any other services are not coming.
I have already written we are facing . Kindly help me what to do for receiving sms.
Kindly resolve the matter.

As bank account and other details are related with the cdma sim, please help me through it.
