Sir i have bought this mobile in sep and after buying the mobile i found some issues related to battery i have visted more than 20 times to service center but i didn't get anything from there even now... They just said that they have replaced this and that but i am facing same problem now also... My barcode number is 31430270 sir i just wanted that micromax replace my phone Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 10, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Company has sent my mobile to head office and they said all of the parts has repaired, battery was replaced, and charging circuit and other things were repaired but still all this i face same problem Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
