Hello sir/madam,
I have purchase micromax phone canvas 5, on 20th jun 2016
From jai mobile zone pimpri, bill no ca[protected] from next day mobile shows problem in call receiving and sending like phone get cut in between, no voice from opp side, or my voice is not reachable to opp person, phone is get over heat and work malfunctioning, i had show the phone to shop owner on 25th june 2016 and he reformat it instead of sending me to micromax service centre. Even after that problem is continue and on 1st july 2016 phone is automatically start incoming ringtone without any call so i shows it to shop owner and he told me to show phone to service centre, and ask for replacement. When i show this to service centre they are not give me replacement and told me that we remove existing software and re-download it. I am waiting there for 1 hour time after that they reply that this software is not in there centre so phone has to send to factory and it take 3 to 4 days. So on 10th july 2016 i had call to service centre and they simply reply me to call toll free no [protected], when i call to this number then call centre person reply me it take 21 days, again i have call on 20th july 16, call centre person reply same 21 days.
Now it is high time of my petion, where is this phone and is this a reputed company to serve like this.
I have doubt to get this phone
