I have a raised a concern to micromax on 23 march 2017 for a defective product (Led tv) the company has accepted and said that it will be replaced in 15- 20 days. The company says that your product will be delivered in a week and now 3 months has passed and they do not know where is the tv. The customer care says that it was delivered on 15th april as per their information from the service center in the city. When you speak to the service center, they narrate a fairy tale as even they are not sure where is the tv. Now the point is, we buy a tv with a warranty of 12 months and after 5 months it stops working. Next 5 months the company keeps the product and confirms the replacement but they are not sure where they have sent the product. Initially, the city service station called and informed that accidentally he has sent the tv to jamshedpur instead of bokaro and they sent the same to dhanbad from jamshedpur. Instead of sending the product to bokaro, they sent it back to ranchi and now they say that some return form is not filled and it is taking time and by tomorrow it will reach my place. But the fact is it has never reached and now total time taken by them is 3 months and so on... Just need to know if i will receive the product or not. If yes, when??? If not, kindly refund the amount.
