The product and got a message that installation and demo scheduled installation and demo for micromax 81cm (32 inch) hd ready led tv with ips panel with order id od[protected] has been scheduled with micromax. Your service request number for the same is ker[protected] and will be done on friday, aug 09, 2019.
But the intsallation not done till now. Assigned an service engeer also. But no further procedure not done
