Micromax Informatics — led tv speaker are not working

I bought led tv 40 inch fhd, but from the day first we found speaker damage concern that i shared with the installation guy but he suggested to complaint online or on toll free no. I registered the complaint on 25 july 2017 and today is 21 august 2017, after 28 days till no resolution of my problem even did not share the status of my concern.
