Micromax Informatics — Led tv, their fake promise | |||
I bought TV on 1st sep 2016 and 2 days ago my tv just went off, not even taking power. I lodged a complaint on 9th may and they said within 48 hours issue will be resolved. As per policy Micromax is supposed to provide a replacement, rather than asking customers to wait for a week. Today their technician drops a message saying they will visit in next 4-5 days as they don't have tv parts available to repair. Which is extremely annoying. Was this information helpful? | |||
