Micromax Informatics — Malfunctioning of company lead

Its is to inform you that my inbox mobile earphone is out of service somewhat due to some internal defect...Now sound is very low and unclear of this original lead...Also it is under warranty period of six month...as I purchased the set in the month of November...So I want to replace my accessory with a well functional and fresh one...please inform me what should I do in regard of this issue...I hope an immediate reply would be sent from yr side with complete procedure to replacement
