Below is the mail which i have sent ti micromax but i think it has failed to submit. I will be very much helpful, if you could help me as you do.


Hello micromax,

My complaint no is mentioned in subject and details i suppose you can get it from your tool.

This is to inform you that i had raised micromax led tv complaint on 30th of august 2016. As per my conversation with service center the appointment was fixed on saturday 3rd of sep 2016.

Initially sharp at 12 (For 10 minutes) noon i called them and reminded of the appointment, they confirmed that the person is on the way and will get it touch with you any moment. Again at 2 pm (For 15 minutes) i had to call them again and in return they told me we are arranging another person for you. I asked them for the contact number of the person, they kept me on hold for several minutes and disconnected the call. Again i had to call them and share my details again. Again they did the same think. This continued several time.in the evening at 4 pm, again i had to call them. This time again i shared my details to them as he said he is unaware of this. As per my knowledge this time the person name was zayed. He took another 20 minutes to arrange a person along with keeping my call on hold and disconnecting my calls. But finally i managed to take the no of the service person and they confirmed me that the person is near by my location. At 6 pm i called him and he said he is at mulund and i stay at andheri west. So again i had to call service center. Another fake promises they made along with call on hold and disconnection. After this many time they did not bother to call me once. Finally i had 1 number which i had got it from the earlier complaint number mh[protected] i suppose. This time it was abdul haq qhureshi, as per the tone he seemed to be the head of in charge. I had to talk to him for 25 minutes and he assured that i will get a call backand also told the service people to work on priority. But still nobody called me. I had to again call them back. This time i was frustrated, so they without confirming ended my call. I called them back, this disconnection is very unusual for them i suppose. Zayed confirmed me that he will come and visit on sunday 4th sep 2016. But as usual nobody arrived and also the phones are dead.

Now i am very much frustrated with these guys of fake promises. I think my 100 rs of mobile balance has been gone in waste behind these people.

I had 1 more ticket raised on june 23rd 2016 mh[protected] but that time also nobody came.

If you don't want to provide service to customer than why the hell you promise us.

Unfortunately i have 2 micromax led tv. I should have gone for some other company.

I want an detail explanation of this kind of behavior from service center. Also i need compensation for my mobile balance which was wasted, my time and the efforts which i am taking to write this mail. Do you know what the priority is? Sla are set for each issues. If you dont meet your sla you need to provide compensation in place. I need an update asap and also want compensation else i need to take some strict action.

I have purchresed micromax tab-P70221 in 19 May 2016.
within six days i have problem of screen touch. i have submitted for same problem in customer care times.
then new problem occurs it switch off automatically and not statring i have submittted that job 23/07/2016 till date i didnt recive
