I had purchased Micromax 21.5 inch Full HD LED Backlit IPS Panel Monitor Black MM215BHDM1 on 18/05/2018. After 3 months, the screen automatically gets switched off after giving power. On 25/08/2018, I visited micromax service center with product & it's invoice, as it was under warranty period. Their, I was told that, first you lodge online complaint, then only we will attend the problem. I lodged the complain online on [protected](customer care no.) the same day, but due to some technical problem, the complain was not lodged. I again lodged it on 26/08/2018 and it was registered and was assured of, " someone from service center will visit my house to resolve the issue within 72 hours".On 29/08/2018, as no one visited for the issue, I again called the customer care and was assured that that by evening your problem will be resolved. No one visited again and when I consulted their service center, they informed that my complain was not registered with them. Again on 30/08/2018, I called the customer care and was given a person name and number ( Munna & [protected]) and was told to contact the person. To my utter surprise, when I called that person, he informed me that he no longer works for MICROMAX. Again on 31/08/2018, when I contacted customer care, I was informed about some technical failure and was told to call tommorrow. I am really fed up with MICROMAX SERVICE.
