This complaint is against my order id- OD[protected]. I have ordered Micromax Bharat 5 dated 27th July (Friday) for my immediate need since I have lost my two phones on the same day. The phone was delivered to me the at very next day i.e. 28th July (Saturday).
As soon as I have opened the box, I tried switching on the mobile immediately but it wasn't getting switched on. I thought may be due to no charging this has happened. The second step I have taken is put the sim inside. As soon as I have taken out the sim tray I found the base was very thin and a bit tilt. Since my need was so urgent, I tried injecting the sim very gently. However, it wasn't happening and while trying to take it off the small black point (Of sim tray) came out in my hand and at one step of putting the sim.
My need o[censored]rgency got delayed when nothing happened and even the same day I tried calling Flipcart but due to some technical issue they could answer to my worry and issue.
Although finally On Monday (30th July) I could able to connect to Flipcart Customer Care and informed about all the challenges as mentioned above. They have noted my points and arranged one technical visit for the very next day (31st July). Technician has confirmed that phone is dead and also suggested that it is replaceable. Only one challenge he found that the black small point (Of sim Tray) was missing due to he could not take it same day and said once you bring that small point, we will immediately take it and would replace further.
Now as per next step, we got the replacement visit confirmation for 2nd August (Thursday), one delivery person has visited to replace the mobile. He has checked the mobile and started complaining about the breakage of that small black point (Of Sim Tray). Although, this has already been informed to customer care, technical person thoroughly. He has not accepted the replacement, I do not know for what reasons.
Finally, I went to Micromax Service Centre, they have charged Rs. 350 for Sim Tray. It started working and hardly I have used for 1 week, it started getting hanged like hell. At last it stopped working just after a week time. Again I have visited Micromax Service Centre. I was already frustrated as after paying for new phone I was continuously facing hell challenges. Now, this time they charged 2250 saying that you have to pay as mother board is damaged. The phone is new, even in warranty period I have continuously been paying to Micromax.
The height has crossed all the limits when micromax customer care people have called me from their personal number and asked to forward the feedback link on their number so that they can fill positive feedback on behalf of me and can write good for micromax.
What do they think o[censored]s? Are we not even literate. Seriously, I have made the biggest mistake of my life by choosing micromax. The worst company, with pathetic product quality and unethical services done by their customer care people.
Request you to please take necessary action against them. They are looting a common public, making us fool even after charging us again and again.
