Micromax Informatics — micromax is not attending my tv

I have purchased 32 inch led tv from flipkart after 6 month tv get faulty on 13th of july i have lodge complaint with customer care no. Of micromax. Anup pandey

Micromax complaint no.[protected] dated 14 july 18
After that i have wrote several emails and made many calls but no body given any positive response. Every time their bsm say that we will attend ur tv within 10 days after passing 10 days they said wait 3 more days and after passing 3 days they tell wait 7 days more and after passing 7 days they are not even pick ur call.
3 months has been passed but my tv is still un attended.
I have talk 2 these bsmofficer in last 3 month they are continuosly fooling me.
