Hi micromax team,
I had purchased a 43" led tv {model number - 43a9181fhd/43z7550fhd} on 28th june 2017. However it stopped working just within 2 months o[censored]sage. As if the poor quality of product was not good enough, to get this issue resolved is becoming a nightmare.
I have raised complain# mmx[protected] and reference# ktr[protected] for this issue and it has been almost ~20 days, the issue has not been resolved. As per the technician, there is a manufacturing defect with the tv motherboard which has to be replaced.
The customer care is also not helping much and giving the same excuse every day that the parts have not came yet.
They provided a technician number, who is either unavailable or do not pick call.
Please let me know the status of this complain and what is taking the parts this long to get replaced and how much more time it might take?
