To The appropriate authority Micromax Date: 21st june 2016 Subject: Complaints regarding the poor service and activity resulting in harassment to the customer by your authorized dealer: Zeeshan telecom China trade center, 3rd floor 1a rangalal street, khidderpore, kolkata – 700023 Mob. [protected] /[protected] Reference: Micromax mobile model no. A 121 Imei no.1: [protected] Imei no.2 : [protected] The item, mobile phone as detailed above was given for repair to your authorized dealer as mentioned above on 20/05/16. Till date they have not returned the material either repaired or not repaired. They have failed in complying their own given date 3 times already to hand over the item repaired. Recently the service center is totally indifferent on the issue and not co-operating at all to supply the job sheet no. Of the case if any as asked by your toll free number. I have visited the service center atleast 3 times on this issue. On this issue i have talked with the toll free number of micromax ([protected]) 2 times earlier and one more today (Copl. No. Mmx[protected]. I have understood after talking to the toll free number that the service center has not updated the data of repair job sheet centrally and so nothing is available at the central database. I am uploading the scanned copy of the bill from the service center. There is no other way except to complaint against your authorized dealer for their poor service and hostile behavior. Your toll free number is also forwarding a complaint as told by them. Requesting your kind and quick intervention on this issue. Thank you. Dr. J.
