Micromax Informatics — Micromax mobile q465 | |||||
I just bought new micromax mobile model q465 on november 2nd 2016. After using 2 days my phone becomes dead and it gets switched off. So i went to a nearby micromax care in velachery, chennai and asked them for replacement. They have kept my mobile for 1 week and telling them that they send the mail to head office for approval. Since now i never received my replacement even after 1 week. Dont you think this is called as cust satisfaction and this is the way you treat your customer.
