Am used a Micromax E481 canvas 5 this is my second micromax mobile and fifth micromax mobile in my family, i bought that mobile because of royal look. But the service center people spoiled that look.
I gave my mobile in Aynavaram service center on 12/04/2017. For a minor problem service center technician said need to update software. one hour later service center staff said unable to update software need to download new version software it will take time you collect your mobile tomorrow, next day there is no response from service center. I called on 14/04/2017 staff said unable to update new version software its motherboard issue need to send head office it will take 10 days time, i said ok.
After several follow up 28/04/2017 my phone got ready for delivery. I eagerly went to service center to collect my mobile phone. I was shocked that mobile full scratch and damage in charger port also. I said this is not my mobile my mobile its fully damaged. My mobile condition was good.
Staff sitting in front desk said no this is your phone see IMEI number is matching am not accepted that. Then senior staff came from inside and said your mobile is non repairable, hence we replace to other mobile in same model they said. I asked how replaced mobile and my old IMEI are same they again went inside and came back we raise this to head office we inform you later. After few minutes argument they said this is warranty service you paid nothing we did our level best.
How they said like this i paid nothing, i paid 10500rs to buy that mobile it includes warranty charges also. If you not able to repair my mobile in warranty peroid means refund my money or else replace a new mobile. Dont give some one used or old damage mobile.
And also i called Toll free sorry that not toll free chargeable # [protected] and spent 70rs to make call. Those people also helpless and 70rs also waste. Whom i have to contact for my hard earned money is blcocked for more than 15 days. Kindly refund my money or replace new mobile. As much as earliest i dont want to take this issue to next level consumer forum
