In case any part is damaged, warranty of product is not available. I have went to Micromax service center with issues of multimedia and battery issue for mobile I purchased on 11 Sept 16. Counter girl Ms Anjali Rai broken the rear glass of camera with sharp object and told me warranty is not available on the product and I have to pay for any parts and service s This is totally cheating by Micromax service center .
