Hi, This is regarding complaint number ktr[protected]. I wanted to highlight a concern. During installation of micromax tv, i was being told that there is no need to stabilizer for the tv model i am using. Hence, i believed him and did not put one. Yesterday, the executive who came to fix my tv, he said the led backlight is gone because we are not using a stabilizer. Now, this is causing a big hole to my pocket without no mistake of mine. Please tell me who is to be blamed for this? Sad to know that the tv gave up within 1.5 years. Not sure if i did the right thing believe the people who you recruit as experts.
