Micromax Informatics — Micromax YU phone manufacturing defect twice | |||||
I submitted my phone in Micromax service center on 26th April N[protected] and i was told i will get it in 3 days. After that they contacted me on 19th may after receiving my so many mails and complaints about delay. Today finally after so many chasers, calls and mails i got to know that YU and Micromax decided to show some mercy towards a client to offer a phone replacement with they acclaimed to be new however it was not, it had scratches on the screen. While confirming with service center i was told it's from warehouse side so if i want i can wait for another replacement as told by Divakar Garg. As i already experienced Micromax services i decided not to take another chance and wait for ages to get a replacement i took that so called new phone as claimed but as per me not. I was also told that to procure our valuable customer Micromax has done this thing for a phone replacement which is not so common so i had no answer if i need to feel delighted or ashamed on myself that i bough a phone of such a company which has worst customer service as per my knowledge. To the heights of my surprises when i came back home and checked the phone it was working fine call / msgs etc so i downloaded all required soft-wares and apps and when i checked an audio/video it was only showing play but NO SOUND AT ALL. I tried playing you tube also and result was same NO AUDIO AT ALL. Can i really understand if Micromax or YU is running a torture cell to penalize the people who have bought their product by mistake. I seriously have no words to express how badly i am being treated by YU and Micromax people. Even after escalations and so much run i got an old phone with again manufacturing default. I am not sure if YU or Micromax seriously have any senses left, and surprisingly no-one in the service center checked this fault while handing over it to me after making me sit for more than an hour.That time i wasted there from my office hours though i had to run quickly to reach my office back. I have no idea if YU/Micromax are doing it willingly to make people realize that the clients have done a BIG CRIME of buying their scrap product. I am going to visit service center tomorrow again to see the all foolishness again and this time i need to talk some sensible person. I have attached the sheet which i got from service center today.
