micromax mobile model A177 it always got hang I sumitted to
micromax service centre (kalra mobile and computer in Bhopal mp) and got job sheet no.NO[protected] date 2/1/2016 IMEI No. [protected] after I contact many time to service centre but they are not giving any response and Phone no.[protected], [protected] not responding because these are wrong no. and
micromax customer care also not giving reponse 59 days have past but they allways say your divice under process than I contact log in http://micare.micromaxinfo.com. And inform about my complain reference no. ( SER[protected]/1/2016 SER[protected]/1/2016, SER[protected], SER[protected]/2/2016, SER[protected], SER[protected]/2/2016, SER[protected]. SER[protected], SER[protected], SER[protected] 9/2/2016, SER[protected]/2/2016, SER[protected]/2/16 SER[protected]/2/16 SER[protected]/2/16 SER[protected]/2/16 SER[protected]/2/16 SER[protected] SER[protected] SER[protected] SER[protected]/2/16
then
micromax excutive call me ( priyanka, adarsh, komal and other team member after listening problem, they allways say sir your device under process please wait for 1 week but I can not understand how many days in a week I think 7 but according
micromax there are 60 days or more days my mobile stil in service centre but micare.micromaxinfo.com excutive says your complain closed please go to service centre and receive new complain no. than contact us.
