Micromax Informatics — mobile handsets not repaired under warranty forced to paying charge | |||||
Dear sir I used micromax q491 mobile handsets last 6 month. Now my handset have problem with lcd display spot and headphone jack problem company force me first i pay lcd charge than he repaired my headphone jack otherwise not. I challenge the company to proof my headset is physically damage or liquid damage but company not ans me. I only want company provide me list of physically or liquid or temporary damage with pic.
