Micromax Informatics — mobile is not working properly. it being hanging after some time again and again.

Dear sir,
Mobile is not working properly. It being hanging after some time again and again. I have saw in company to mobile. They completely restored it and software is replaced. But problem still not solved and other problems are appearing now like sms, alarm, update, reboot, hang, licence of app not available,
As per problem the service engineer is not trained.
Please resolve my problems.
