Dear Micromax team, I have submitted my phone for repair just because of little issue is there the issue is 2-3 dead spots on camera lens and its need to be replace. I am also doing so my Job sit - N[protected] I have submitted my phone on 18 january 16 and today is going to complete 32 days within this period I haven't received any update from your team. even I esclate your diffren-diffrent team Ashwani (service manager), and Maninder singh (Escalation Team) but still did not get any response from these all . is this your service policy ?? if you are not able to give service so please stop the making fool to user stop your product selling i called on 25 jen micromax center and he told me I will get the mobile within 15 days and they will call me. I was waiting and I called again on 2 feb raised ticket (MMX[protected] He again told me you will get your mobile within 15 days still I waited and again called him and again raised a ticket(MMX[protected] but still geing no response and no body called me.and I am again reach center there is Abid and he toold me again you have to wait 15 days... then I call escalation team Mr.Manindar he told sir you will havt to wait 15 days i am frustrated when i am shouted on him then hi esclate my case and told me please wait till this weak ok. after one week I called him he didnot pick my call and called to Mr.Ashwani he also told me give dead line for 1 week more you will get the mobile phone and also I am escalating this again.and today after 1 weeks I called Mr.Ashwani he didn't pick the call and called to Manindar he told me you have wait 15-20 day. what the hell off with me ... Now what did I do and Now.. Dear All, This is to bring into your notice as I am yet to receive my phone. this phone is submitted to your MG Road - Vatika Center - Gurgaon Service Center on[protected] and got the job ID - N[protected]. After a month as well i am not able to understand as what is holding service center to repair the phone and why they are not able to fix this issue. There was only a minor problem with the camera and this could have been resolved if I would have taken this services from market, but this is really disappointing as MICROMAX never care about the services. this is not only me who is suffering due to this, infact whoever is buying Micromax always has a fear to by any additional / new product from Micromax due to services. This email i am writing with a hope as this would be taken care I would get my phone back. still Micromax is not able to resolve the problem then please give my phone back I will get it repair from market, considering Micromax technical capabilities.
