I had a mucromax mobile phone model a310 having problem in external soeakers only all other functions was normal. For this repaire i went to "hbs support" an authorised service center of "micromax informatics ltd. Aurangabad ; on 03/05/2017 they accepted my mobile and said me to wait for 10 minuts in their office. After 2 hours they told me that they tried a lot changed ringer and streap (?) also.. Bt it not done. So i took my mobile back and inserted my sim card then i noticed that my mobile is not catching signal. I told them about that and they replied me that some files of mobile might got deleted so keep this mobile in service center for one day.. Or let them allow to change mobiles motherboard costing 2000 mobile will be ok and i can get it back in 2 days. I agreed for this and gave my mobile handset and rs.500 advance to them and got a proper reciept of that on 03/05/2017 about 8pm.
After 3 days i contacted them bt they said work is in progress please come the day after. I went there at service center seated for half an hour and they said work is in process please come tomorrow..
This same story repeating since then to till date.
It caused me lot of mental harassment.. Economic loss.. Profesional loss due to lack of communication.
Today on 23/06/2017 i called on their no.[protected] and got same reply"we will do it in half hours please wait"
I stay 70km away from this service center every time i visit them it cost me about 600 for fuel only.
Im really tired of such a dumb service and harassment.
