I had given my above mobile to your service centre at m/s sri sai phone care center, no.869, 2nd stage b sector, yelahanka new town, bangalore, karnataka, pin- 560064 on 2nd november 2015 with complain 4909 display flickering, display touch screen not working. Even after lapse of three nad half months they were unable to deliver the mobile after repair. Every time they give one or other reason like software problem, hand set sent to their level 3 workshop, parts ordered to delhi, so many flimsy reason. I could not understand a company like you requires three and half months to rectify the error. Even now also they are taking time like next week, three days. When i call they rudely answer. I request you to kindly intervene in the matter and resolve issue. Or else i decided to make a complaint consumer form. Was this information helpful? |
