Micromax Informatics — My mobile problem not solved given after 10 times give up

Hi...I m Nikhil Patel. I have purched Micromax Q469 before 10 months back. I have problem in my mobile in calling to any one. I had visited 4-5 times Ashram Road Service Center ( Azzure Enterprise) Ahmedabad. And they are updating software and giving back to me. And after 1-2 days I m facing same problem everytime. I m very fustred and I m visiting everytime service centre from my very busy schedule. And till date I have not given proper solution for my phone. I have visited today at Naranpura Service Centre and requested for Replacing my mobile. I hope for your favourable reply. So I can suggest all my friends and relatives to go with Micromax mobile. I have attached video for your referance so you have idea for my problem in my mobile . Requesting you to replace my mobile as soon as possible.

Updated by Nikhil199 I give my mobile 10 times in service station last 10 month in Warrenty period Micromax committed if problem not solved that time company replace hendset when problem come they are forget and not accepted replacement so I complain in consumer court. Nikhil Patel [protected]
