[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Non-delivery of tab after repair | |||||
My micromax tab model p480 was purchased on dec 2015 with one year warranty. Due to some problem (Sim card not reading) i have given the subject tab for repair in sbm mobile care (Service centre), tinsukia (Assam) vide job sheet no e[protected] on 03 may 2016 and sms came from customer care micromax saying that the tab will be delivered within 21 days after repair. But till date i have not received my tab after repair. I have already submitted online complain two times in this regard but no reply came from the micromax customer service. Please help me to resolve the problem as i am in urgent need of the subject tab. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jun 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved There is no action taken by the company in this regard however a telephone call came from customer Service Micromax phone no 18605008286 on 26 May 2016 saying that the TAB will be delivered after repair before 29 May2016. Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

This is to inform you that I have given my Tablet P 680 for repair on 28/06/16 at service center M/s ABC telecommunications at Ramesh nagar metro station New Delhi. But even after 38 days I have not received my tablet back. This is very very Poor after sale service responce. So I request you to please hand over my tablet after repair ASAP. VERY VERY POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE.In future I will never buy any product of MICROMAX.
