[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Non receipt of my mobile micromax q392 | |||
Sir, I have purchased micro max q-392 mobile in dec 2015 which was not working within three months duration. It was deposited at service center named m/s lk max mobiles at visakhapatnam, andhar pradesh on 31 may 2016. The service center stated that my mobile was sent to company for free replacement purpose with making a job sheet no s[protected]dated 17 june 2016. Since then my mobile was not received till date. I was tele phonically communicate with coy they told me your device will be repaired/replaced with in 21 days. Whenever i check my job sheet status it was showing that dear customer, thanks for your query, we shall further be taking 21 days to deliver your repaired device. We are earnestly working towards resolving it asap and shall keep you informed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
