I Milin Raval purchased Micromax Canvas gold A300 a year ago. After 1.2 years better experience i suddenly faced a difficulty in charging till date the mobile was in running.

On service center after a month they identify a motherboard error and i agreed to change the new mother board on the phone at coast of 3000 rs.
From last 4 months continuous follow up they are not my mobile giving back and giving excuses like parts are not available from company or its a not our advice to buy this brand.
I have to buy a new phone due to such a late responce and i am feeling exhausted by such type of non preofessional behaviour.
As a indian i had given the preference to my own countries made phone but i am seriously feeling regret for my decision and i am thinking about to issue a notice through a Consumer forum for such a nonresponsiveness.
Kindly take a Quick Action and please do as possible by companies end to keep trust intact on Micromax.
