Micromax Informatics — Not delivering my handset gone for replacement | |||||
I bought a micromax handeset Q-450 on 9 sept 2015, after 2 months i had a problem in charging my handset.i registered my complain on 4 dec 2015.They told me to submit my handset to the near by MICROMAX SERVICE CENTER, i submitted my handset on 19 dec 2015.I was informed that my handset will be delivered within maximum 10 days.It has been more then 2 months till now i have not received my handset.now when i call the customer they say go to the service center and get a new jobsheet(complain sheet) from there and the service center members say that they have despached my faulted handset to the company because of which they does not have my handset and they cannot prepair a jobsheet without a handset.I just need my replaced handset.
