[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Not proper repair my phone | |||
Hi, my name is naveen kumar, on 21st july, 2016 my micromax q 380 mobile touch not worked... And battery problem also there. I went to your service care centre at ramesh nagar matro station, and gave the phone to service centre in warranty time and they gave me job sheet.. After taking long period of 22 days my phone repair and handed over to me on 12.8.16, on delivery time i told the boy that how i can check the battery and saw him the problem to charging, he told me that if there is any problem i came to service centre. But after one day there is same battery problem and jack problem. Now my phone taking 12 hours to charge and not properly working. But now the warranty time is over, but the problem is already is there. Please help me and take action on my complaint, so that my phone can be repair on the basis of warranty period complaint.
