Micromax Informatics — Not returning my phone from service centre after 45 days

The worst customer service i have experienced till date is micromax. I had submitted my phone on the 30th of june to the service centre. Its under warranty and has a charging discharging problem. I haven't still received it. I had complained about it on the micare website. They said it would take just 10 more days to repair it. Still no use i haven't received my phone. You people just give assurances about the phone being delivered within 10 days and do not act upon it.
