I purchased P680 Canvas Tab at Poorvika Mobiles Pvt Ltd, Trichy vide invoice number SI/SCHA/6381 dated 6th July 2016. In a month's time, we had a problem with the display and took the tab to authorized service center Sri Balaji Electronics, Thillai Nagar on 9th August 2016-bar code S[protected]
Service center told us that they will send this to Micromax directly as it has to be rectified by you. 2 weeks back we got an SMS that our tab is ready and can be collected from the service center Balaji Electronics
To our surprise, Balaji Electronics told us that it is a normal SMS that comes to everyone and we should ignore this and the tab is still with them and have not sent for repairs. Shocking!!!
After another week, Balaji Electronics said that they are expecting a replacement Tab for us and once it is received, it will be given to us
When we checked today, they are still awaiting replacement and there cannot be any date given for getting a replacement
I am clueless as this is not going anywhere and whether i will get my replacement tab or not Was this information helpful? |
