I submited my mobile (Q340) for repair on 12/03/2017 ... I didnt get my cell for about 25 days ... My cell arrived after a month from head quarters but i found that my cell had 3 new defects (wifi, bluetooth & gps). I have no idea whether they repair the device or make it worse. I had to submitted my cell again on that very day. Havent recieved my cell till now... job sheet status says 21+ days required...

I have submitted my mobile in month of august for changing the product part they unable do so, while when they are giving the product to me I found that the mobile back camera lens is broken by them and they have submitted to repair but they are not repairing from last 1 month every time they lie that they will repair but don't.
