Micromax Informatics — Poor Customer Service of Micromax | |||||
I have submitted my Micromax Q426 BLACK to Micromax authorised service centre CSD Inspection due to some problem in SIM slot 1 on 5/11/2016. The Job sheet No is: E[protected]. They told that it will take 10 days to repair. When I called micromax customer service centre they also told that I wiil get back my repaired device within 10 days. But now thay are saying that it will take further 21 days. Service of Micromax is really very poor and they are not keeping their words. They are consuming warrenty period in this way.
