I have a micromax q350 phone in this phone i want to change my sim card when i change my sim then my phone want some privacy protection password and when i am go to the service center and tell about my problem then he says that this is the user problem and give me 300Rs and i will resolve your problem i say that my phone come under warranty but he say that this is a user probem.what is this
