[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Problem in touch screen, and not updating software automatically. | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased mobile Q417 on 11/08/2016 from M/S Allahabad Electronics, 5, S.P.Marg, Civil Lines, Allahabad Cash Memo No.18448 dated 11/08/2016, but after 15 days I feel that the touch screen is not working properly, and visit to the shop.The shop keeper see and felt the problem, advising go to service centre and ask him to repair. I have visit two times, but service centre could not able to help me.Therefore, you are requested to please instruct your good offices to the concerned shop keeper to replace my Mobile by New, because it is not possible to repair such new mobile within a month. 2. In this connection please immediate advise accordingly and save the interest of consumer.Your early action in this regard will be highly solicited.I also enclosed bill for your perusal and needful action.
